Under the DARPA Squad-X program, Neya provided the underlying perception and autonomy to allow a SMET-style vehicle to navigate cluttered, unpredictable terrain. Neya’s AM3P planning system was used for goal planning and multi-point turn maneuvering while the vehicle maintained a position amongst a squad of soldiers. The soldiers position was tracked using a range of different sensor modalities.
